Crystals have an innate, intelligent energy just as all living things do so they hold the intrinsic ability to heal. Each crystal has it's own set of healing properties, for example, the rose quartz is associated with the heart chakra, it is known as the stone of love; it can support you through grief, help you love yourself, it can heal all kinds of relationships and on a physical level it can assist the healing of and support the heart, lungs and circulation.

When used alongside reiki and the reiki symbols, crystals become little energising booster packs of goodness, they amplify the powerful universal energy being channelled and enhance the healing experience.
